I find that the 3 in 1 Balm Cleanser leaves an oily residue.

Some of our customers have reported experiencing an oily layer left on their skin after rinsing the Balm Cleanser off their skin.

This is because our balm is packed with hydrating ingredients, such as shea butter and olive oil. The result is a rich, moisturising balm, for soothed, supple skin. However, we understand that this oily residue can be uncomfortable for many people.

We recommend removing as much as you can with our Bamboo Cleansing Cloth before using a different cleanser to double cleanse. We recommend our sister company Salcura, who have face washes for multiple skin types. For dry/ normal skin, try the Bioskin Face Wash. For oily or acne-prone skin types, try Antiac Daily Face Wash.
