Love it. Starting using the cleansing balm about 3 weeks ago with the cleansing cloths. I have Rosacea diagnosed 35 years ago but hadn’t found a cleanser for years that moisturised and didn’t irritate the skin on my face. I can recommend anyone who needs a gentle cleanser to try this. It’s amazing would highly recommend.

This cleanser cleans my skin thoroughly and better than the miscellar cleansing water I had been using. I have very sensitive skin so I had to swop the face cloth for damp cotton pads, even though the face cloth was soft. Removes all my makeup and cleans away easily.

The bamboo cloths are blissfully soft. The cleansing balm feels a bit odd to start with. It leaves the skin quite matte and not shiny for several hours. I haven’t used it as a treatment yet.
